Antony G. Kisero

Antony is a results-driven Finance and Administration Officer with a strong financial management, budgeting, and organizational administration background. With years of experience in financial operations, he has successfully overseen budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance processes to ensure efficiency and transparency at Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project.
Antony is skilled in managing accounts, payroll, procurement, and financial analysis, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions. He is adept at implementing economic policies and procedures that support organizational goals while maintaining regulatory compliance. Passionate about driving financial sustainability, Antony has a keen eye for detail and strategic planning.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) with an MBA in Finance. Committed to excellence and integrity, Antony plays a crucial role in ensuring financial stability and operational efficiency within the organization.
John Ouko

John is a dedicated Programs Officer at Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project. He plays a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing community-based initiatives that promote social justice, poverty alleviation, and sustainable development.
With a strong background in program management, community engagement, and advocacy, John is committed to driving impactful change by empowering marginalized communities. His expertise includes project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and resource mobilization, ensuring that JAM’s interventions effectively address the needs of vulnerable populations.
Passionate about justice and humanitarian work, John works tirelessly to create inclusive and sustainable solutions that uplift communities and promote equity.
Kennedy Ojuku

Kennedy Ojuku is a dynamic Communications and Advocacy Coordinator at Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project. With a passion for storytelling and social justice, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's communication strategies, amplifying community voices, and driving advocacy efforts for positive change.

Kennedy specializes in media engagement, public relations, and digital advocacy, ensuring that JAM’s mission and impact reach diverse audiences. His expertise in strategic messaging, stakeholder engagement, and campaign management enables him to effectively champion human rights, social equity, and community empowerment. Through his work, Kennedy is committed to fostering meaningful dialogue and influencing policies that uplift and transform marginalized communities.

Risper Mboya

Risper is an Executive Secretary with a vast administrative profession. I currently provide seamless administrative support to the staff, and senior Executives as well as a point of contact for visitors and stakeholders at Justice And Mercy (JAM)]. Risper is recognized for exceptional organizational abilities, expertly managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring smooth operation by proactively anticipating executive needs. Risper consistently demonstrates strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity, respect, and compassion for a just society.
Benter Ongogo

Benter is a passionate and well-oriented person in Agriculture and livelihood interventions (food security). She values collaboration and networking as a way of reaching out for more information and knowledge. She participates a lot in improving household food security, nutrition, and income through capacity building and linkages for support of farm inputs from various partners. Benter is the Chairperson of the groundnut value chain platform in Homabay County supported by MOALF Under SHEP BIZ PROJECT funded by JICA. She participates in the county's major stakeholders forums in terms of the implementation of activities.
Sheth Adede

Sheth is a devoted social worker who is compassionate about the welfare of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) and youth empowerment in general. Having been in this department for the last 10 years, Sheth plays a pivotal role in coordinating activities under Education and Psychosocial support. Sheth ensures mentorship and health talk sessions are carried out in the identified institutions of learning, Coaching Boys Into Men (CBIM) program for under 17 boys for behavior change and being responsible in society, training out-of-school youth on access to business opportunities, and support to orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) with school fees in collaboration with common interest groups (CIG).
Martin Omondi

Experienced Socio-Economist with over 15 years of diverse research expertise and program management, monitoring, evaluation Research and Learning (MERL), program and survey design, project and survey management, Management of Information Systems (MIS) Qualitative and Quantitative Research within Health, Education, Social Protection, Maternal Child Adolescence and Reproductive Health, Livelihood and Youth Empowerment. He has worked as Senior Program Manager Monitoring, Research, Evaluation, and Learning for over 20 years with various development organizations. Martin has experience in conducting baseline and evaluation surveys, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), and utilizing data visualization tools to present findings effectively. He is proficient in using M&E software, statistical analysis, and participatory evaluation methods to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Passionate about accountability and learning, Martin works closely with stakeholders, donors, and field teams to strengthen monitoring systems and enhance project impact. His commitment to data-driven solutions helps the Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project optimize resources and maximize positive change in communities
Kevin Alvin Otieno

Kevin is a fearless human rights defender and social justice advocate, deeply committed to social protection, gender equality, and inclusion. With a solid background in health, he is currently advancing his expertise by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at the Great Lakes University of Kisumu. As a dedicated social worker at the Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project, Kevin actively drives integrated health initiatives, with a strong focus on sexual and reproductive health advocacy. His work ensures the dissemination of critical health information to marginalized communities, empowering them with knowledge and access to essential services. Beyond health advocacy, Kevin is a key force in the legal empowerment of vulnerable populations. he plays a pivotal role in paralegal work, providing direct support in responding to and documenting safety and security cases across the South Nyanza region. His expertise strengthens access to justice, safeguards human rights, and fosters resilience among at-risk communities. His unwavering commitment continues to inspire change and create a more just and equitable society for all.
Victor Oduor

Victor is a dedicated social worker under the Department of Education and Psychosocial Support. Passionate about youth empowerment, he plays a crucial role in mentoring adolescents and supporting vulnerable students. His work includes conducting mentorship and health talk sessions in schools, identifying and assessing orphans and vulnerable students for school fee support, and facilitating Coaching Boys into Men (CBIM) sessions for boys under 17. He also engages with out-of-school youth by providing basic computer literacy training and connecting them to government loans, tenders, and business opportunities. Committed to long-term impact, Victor ensures continuous follow-ups with beneficiaries, helping them achieve sustainable growth and success.
Domnick Nyerere

Domnick is an expert in agriculture extension and community development services having a strong background in soil and climate issues as well as crops and livestock production. Domnick holds a diploma in agriculture extension and community development and works for the Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project in the Department of Food Security as an Extension Officer. His analytical approach and comprehensive knowledge have driven the organization to achieve goals and individuals to tackle the challenges in relation to change in climate conditions among other factors within the agriculture industry.
Monica A. Obala

Monica is an accomplished nurse with over 20 years of extensive experience in the healthcare field. Currently serving at St. Elizabeth Swindon Hospital, Monica is a licensed nurse recognized by the Kenya Nursing Council. Her career has included significant roles at Ulanda Health Centre and Luciel Health Clinic, among other esteemed health facilities.

With a deep commitment to patient care and a wealth of clinical knowledge, Monica has consistently demonstrated her dedication to improving health outcomes for her patients. Her extensive experience enables her to provide compassionate and effective care, making her a trusted advocate for those she serves. Monica's passion for nursing and her commitment to professional excellence continue to drive her contributions to the healthcare community.

Celine A. Odhiambo

Celine is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong background in clinical medicine and surgery. She embarked on her career as a Clinical Officer at Kisii Training and Referral Hospital, where she played a pivotal role in delivering direct patient care, managing emergency responses, and conducting health education initiatives. Her commitment to improving patient outcomes and her ability to thrive in high-pressure environments have been hallmarks of her work.

Currently, Celine serves as a Clinical Officer at JAM’s St. Elizabeth Swindon Clinic, where she continues to provide exceptional medical care to her patients. Her expertise, compassion, and dedication to health education make her a valued member of the healthcare community. Celline’s unwavering commitment to improving the well-being of others underscores her passion for medicine and her drive to make a meaningful impact in the field.

Sylvester Oyoo

Sylvester is a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist with approximately five years of experience in diagnostic laboratory services. Currently serving at St. Elizabeth Swindon Hospital, Sylvester plays a vital role in conducting accurate laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and supporting clinical diagnoses to ensure high-quality patient care.  

Registered with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB), Sylvester has built a strong foundation in medical laboratory science through his previous roles at St. Joseph Omboo Mission Hospital and Migori County Referral Hospital. His expertise spans clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and parasitology, with a commitment to adhering to strict laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).  

Edward O. Owiti

Edward Ouma Owiti is a dedicated Pharmaceutical Technologist at St. Elizabeth Swindon Hospital, where he leverages over three years of experience in both community and hospital pharmacy settings. He holds a diploma from the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) and gained valuable hands-on experience during his internship at Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital. Edward has developed a strong foundation in key areas such as compounding, prescription handling, and inventory management, utilizing First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) methodologies.

Edward is passionate about patient-centered care and is committed to empowering individuals to understand medication adherence, enabling them to take control of their health. He is a strong advocate for rational dispensing practices and actively works to combat antimicrobial resistance through responsible prescribing and dispensing. As a member of the Kenya Pharmaceutical Association and a stakeholder with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya, he stays informed about industry developments and contributes to shaping pharmaceutical policy.


Loice Omollo

Loice Omollo is a dedicated and experienced accountant at St. Elizabeth Swindon Hospital, bringing over seven years of expertise in the finance sector. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Loice has developed a robust skill set that encompasses financial analysis, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

At St. Elizabeth Swindon Hospital, Loice plays a pivotal role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic insights that support the hospital's mission of delivering quality healthcare. Her analytical skills and attention to detail enable her to navigate complex financial challenges effectively, contributing to the hospital's financial health and sustainability.

Brian O. Obong’o

Brian is a skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist with five years of experience in the healthcare sector. Currently working at St. Elizabeth Swindon Hospital in Sikri, Brian is a proud graduate of Kenya Medical Training College, Nyeri Campus.

Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience at various healthcare facilities, including Awasi Catholic Mission Health Centre and Sare Medical Centre. Brian is dedicated to providing high-quality laboratory services, ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic results that are crucial for patient care.

With a strong commitment to professional growth and excellence, Brian continually seeks to enhance his skills and contribute to the advancement of medical laboratory practices. His passion for healthcare and meticulous attention to detail make him an invaluable member of the healthcare team.

Renold O. Omondi

Renold is a dedicated Health Records and Information Officer at St. Elizabeth Swindon Hospital with three years of professional experience in health data management. As a registered member of the HRIM Board, Renold has consistently demonstrated expertise in maintaining accurate patient records and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. His commitment to improving health information systems has significantly contributed to enhanced operational efficiency and patient care quality in the healthcare sector.

With a strong focus on accuracy and integrity, Renold is passionate about leveraging health data to drive improvements in healthcare delivery. His proactive approach and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to the hospital.
