Antony G. Kisero

Antony is a results-driven Finance and Administration Officer with a strong financial management, budgeting, and organizational administration background. With years of experience in financial operations, he has successfully overseen budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance processes to ensure efficiency and transparency at Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project. Antony is skilled in managing accounts, payroll, procurement, and financial analysis, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions. He is adept at implementing economic policies and procedures that support organizational goals while maintaining regulatory compliance. Passionate about driving financial sustainability, Antony has a keen eye for detail and strategic planning. He is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) with an MBA in Finance. Committed to excellence and integrity, Antony plays a crucial role in ensuring financial stability and operational efficiency within the organization.
John Ouko

John is a dedicated Programs Officer at Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project. He plays a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing community-based initiatives that promote social justice, poverty alleviation, and sustainable development. With a strong background in program management, community engagement, and advocacy, John is committed to driving impactful change by empowering marginalized communities. His expertise includes project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and resource mobilization, ensuring that JAM’s interventions effectively address the needs of vulnerable populations. Kennedy Ochieng Ojuku

Kennedy Ojuku is a dynamic Communications Officer at Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project. Passionate about storytelling and social justice, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's communication strategies, amplifying community voices, and driving advocacy efforts for positive change. Kennedy specializes in media engagement, public relations, and digital advocacy, ensuring that JAM’s mission and impact reach diverse audiences. His expertise in strategic messaging, stakeholder engagement, and campaign management enables him to effectively champion human rights, social equity, and community empowerment. Through his work, Kennedy is committed to fostering meaningful dialogue and influencing policies that uplift and transform marginalized communities.
Risper Mboya

RISPER MBOYA - Biography Risper Mboya is an Executive Secretary with a vast administrative profession. I currently provide seamless administrative support to the staff, and senior Executives as well as a point of contact for visitors and stakeholders at Justice And Mercy (JAM)]. Risper is recognized for exceptional organizational abilities, expertly managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring smooth operation by proactively anticipating executive needs. Risper consistently demonstrates strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity, respect, and compassion for a just society.
Benter Ongogo

Benter is a passionate and well-oriented person in Agriculture and livelihood interventions (food security). She values collaboration and networking as a way of reaching out for more information and knowledge. She participates a lot in improving household food security, nutrition, and income through capacity building and linkages for support of farm inputs from various partners. Benter is the Chairperson of the groundnut value chain platform in Homabay County supported by MOALF Under SHEP BIZ PROJECT funded by JICA. She participates in the county's major stakeholders forums in terms of the implementation of activities.
Sheth Adede

Sheth is a devoted social worker who is compassionate about the welfare of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) and youth empowerment in general. Having been in this department for the last 10 years, Sheth plays a pivotal role in coordinating activities under Education and Psychosocial support. Sheth ensures mentorship and health talk sessions are carried out in the identified institutions of learning, Coaching Boys Into Men (CBIM) program for under 17 boys for behavior change and being responsible in society, training out-of-school youth on access to business opportunities, and support to orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) with school fees in collaboration with common interest groups (CIG).
Martin Omondi

Experienced Socio-Economist with over 15 years of diverse research expertise and program management, monitoring, evaluation Research and Learning (MERL), program and survey design, project and survey management, Management of Information Systems (MIS) Qualitative and Quantitative Research within Health, Education, Social Protection, Maternal Child Adolescence and Reproductive Health, Livelihood and Youth Empowerment. He has worked as Senior Program Manager Monitoring, Research, Evaluation, and Learning for over 20 years with various development organizations. Martin has experience in conducting baseline and evaluation surveys, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), and utilizing data visualization tools to present findings effectively. He is proficient in using M&E software, statistical analysis, and participatory evaluation methods to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Passionate about accountability and learning, Martin works closely with stakeholders, donors, and field teams to strengthen monitoring systems and enhance project impact. His commitment to data-driven solutions helps the Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project optimize resources and maximize positive change in communities
Stephen Ojanji

Stephen is a passionate Climate Resilience and Fundraising Officer committed to driving sustainable solutions for vulnerable communities. At Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project, he leads efforts to strengthen climate adaptation strategies while securing funding to support impactful initiatives in poverty alleviation and environmental sustainability. With expertise in climate resilience, disaster risk reduction, and sustainable development, Stephen designs and implements programs that help communities mitigate and adapt to climate change. He works closely with stakeholders, local organizations, and policymakers to promote eco-friendly solutions that enhance livelihoods and environmental conservation. On the fundraising front, Stephen has a proven track record in grant writing, donor engagement, and resource mobilization. He develops compelling proposals, fosters strategic partnerships, and manages funding opportunities from international donors, government agencies, and private-sector sponsors. Through innovative fundraising strategies, he ensures that the Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project secures the resources needed to drive lasting change.
Kevin Alvin Otieno

Kevin is a fearless human rights defender and social justice advocate, deeply committed to social protection, gender equality, and inclusion. With a solid background in health, he is currently advancing his expertise by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at the Great Lakes University of Kisumu. As a dedicated social worker at the Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project, Kevin actively drives integrated health initiatives, with a strong focus on sexual and reproductive health advocacy. His work ensures the dissemination of critical health information to marginalized communities, empowering them with knowledge and access to essential services. Beyond health advocacy, Kevin is a key force in the legal empowerment of vulnerable populations. he plays a pivotal role in paralegal work, providing direct support in responding to and documenting safety and security cases across the South Nyanza region. His expertise strengthens access to justice, safeguards human rights, and fosters resilience among at-risk communities. His unwavering commitment continues to inspire change and create a more just and equitable society for all.
Victor Oduor

Victor is a dedicated social worker under the Department of Education and Psychosocial Support. Passionate about youth empowerment, he plays a crucial role in mentoring adolescents and supporting vulnerable students. His work includes conducting mentorship and health talk sessions in schools, identifying and assessing orphans and vulnerable students for school fee support, and facilitating Coaching Boys into Men (CBIM) sessions for boys under 17. He also engages with out-of-school youth by providing basic computer literacy training and connecting them to government loans, tenders, and business opportunities. Committed to long-term impact, Victor ensures continuous follow-ups with beneficiaries, helping them achieve sustainable growth and success.
Maxwel Omondi

Maxwel Omondi is a dedicated Agricultural Extension Officer at the Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project. With a passion for sustainable agriculture, rural development, and Livestock Production, he works closely with farmers to improve agricultural productivity, promote climate-smart farming techniques, and enhance food security. Maxwel specializes in farmer training, agronomic best practices, and the implementation of innovative farming solutions tailored to local needs. His commitment to community empowerment and agricultural transformation has made a significant impact on the livelihoods of smallholder farmers. Through his role at JAM, he continues to bridge the gap between research and practical application, ensuring that farmers have access to the knowledge and resources necessary for resilient and profitable farming.
Domnick Nyerere

Domnick is an expert in agriculture extension and community development services having a strong background in soil and climate issues as well as crops and livestock production. Domnick holds a diploma in agriculture extension and community development and works for the Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project in the Department of Food Security as an Extension Officer. His analytical approach and comprehensive knowledge have driven the organization to achieve goals and individuals to tackle the challenges in relation to change in climate conditions among other factors within the agriculture industry.
Dr. James Sakwa

Dr. James Sakwa is a dedicated clinician and the doctor at St. Elizabeth Swindon Clinic, a key healthcare facility within the Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project. With a passion for providing quality medical care, he plays a vital role in ensuring the well-being of patients, overseeing clinical operations, and leading healthcare initiatives to support the community. Dr. Sakwa is committed to improving access to healthcare services and advocating for holistic patient care, making a significant impact on community health and development.
Dennis C. Syalo

Dennis is a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Accountant with expertise in financial management, budgeting, and reporting for projects of varying scale. With 5 years of experience in project accounting, he ensures financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in managing project funds. He specializes in tracking project expenditures, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring adherence to donor or organizational financial guidelines. Dennis is proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or relevant tools and has a strong understanding of financial policies and grant management. Passionate about financial accountability, Dennis plays a key role in supporting project teams with financial insights and ensuring transparency in fund utilization. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BED in Education Science. He is committed to maintaining financial integrity within project operations.
