<div style="font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><p><b>JAM’s Rehabilitation and Reintegration Initiative</b></p><p><b>Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project</b> collaborate with the Probation Department of South Nyanza Region and prisons in Homa Bay County to support the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates and ex-offenders. Our goal is to foster transformation and community acceptance, helping individuals rebuild their lives positively. </p><p></p><p><b>How We Support Rehabilitation </b></p><p><b>Prison Visits &amp; Discharge Board Meetings:</b> JAM actively participates in prison discharge board meetings to identify and connect with inmates nearing release. </p><p><b>Post-Release Support: </b>We organize life skills training and strategic livelihood linkages to ease the transition back into society. </p><p><b>Community-Based Empowerment: </b>JAM engages ex-offenders in kitchen garden projects and tree nursery initiatives, enhancing their income-generating capacity and self-sufficiency. </p><p>Through these efforts, JAM promotes sustainable livelihoods, social reintegration, and long-term transformation for former inmates, ensuring they become productive members of their communities. Through this we build<span style="font-size: 0.9rem;">&nbsp;a more inclusive and supportive society!</span></p></div>
